Lukendra Rasaily man behind the company is the pioneer of tourism in Sikkim. He received education in University of Delhi. He has vast experience in trekking, rock climbing, photography and environmental education.. Founded Travel Agents Association of Sikkim - nurtured it while holding various important posts and contributed large extent of information whole heartedly in Sikkim's Tourism Master Plan. He also served as an elected member of Gram Panchayat (Local self Government). He also founded Sikkim Table Tennis Association, Sikkim Nature Photographers' Society and is one of the founder of Sikkim Ornithological Society.
Campaigner for responsible tourism, company is engaged in environmental Camps for school particularly one was organized for the students of Sikkim school in the name and style of ECOWATCH) in collaboration with Ecotourism and Conservation Society of Sikkim (ECOSS). Environmental Trekking Programme was organized for fifty five school children ranging in six years to fifteen years of age from Banglore, all children trekked to the height of 4030 meters in Sikkim Himalaya successfully. Also conducted birdlife and its conservation programme in collaboration with Sikkim Development Foundation and Sikkim Ornithological Society as part of Camp Sikkim exercise.
